Please note that proposals for presentations and workshops should aim to fit on one single page of A4 and so we have set a limit on the number of words to allow. References are not included in this count.

Terms & Conditions

Submission Requirements:

  • The presentation or workshop proposal should not be more than 500 words (excluding title, authors and references)
  • All correspondence relating to your submission will be sent to the proposal submitter/corresponding author only
  • The details you put on the submission form will be used to create your certificate. No changes can be made once your certificate has been issued.
  • All submissions are final on receipt. No amendments will be permitted to your proposal after it has been submitted, therefore please ensure all data, including author and speaker details, is correct at the time of submission
  • Up to 3 speakers/presenters may be indicated for each presentation/workshop
  • No feedback is available on abstract assessment
  • Certificates will be provided to delegates within 30 working days from the end of the conference.
